The winner is Emmanuel Coupe’s photo of sunrise over the Old Man of Storr, Isle of Skye. Stunning!!

I've got to say that I dont like the winning photo. Its trying to be too clever and there is an obvious photoshop at hand which has over egged the custard for me. I much prefer the Wheat field photo
I know what you mean Dave, but Photoshop processing seems to the be the fashion these days….blurring photography and art(!). Some of the others are even more processed, but stunning 'images' all the same – even if they're not pure photo's. PS. Shouldn't you be packing?…I am!!!

no I was only out and about for a long walk in the beacons today. Fantastic weather. The next overnighter may be some time away……. 🙁
Yeah, you picked a good day today!! I have fingers crossed that the forecast will be a few days out for our 3 days in the Lakes!
hope the weather behaves for you Nigel 🙂
I agree with Dave. To me, the winning picture is a stunning piece of art, but it's over-processed to be a winning photograph of the scene.
